In February, DrAI wanted to help the public authorities and the media, and analyzed what the Finns worry about the coronavirus. In the beginning, we didn’t know how people understood and perceived the virus. So, we just scraped the Twitter data and ran our AI to see what comes up. We were able to identify five concerns that were on top of the mind in late February. By analyzing social media data, companies and organization can know what people have in their mind. This kind of information could be used, for instance, in training people who take calls during the crisis. If there is interest, DrAI can run similar tests to help authorities and media around the world. Our team is able to analyze any textual data, and will come up with statistically significant results independent of the topic in a matter of hours.
